We offer 3m drape in black, red & blue to completely conceal your showroom from passers by, adding an element of mystery and privacy to your event.
Our blackout drape can be installed quickly and efficiently by our team. In general, typically taking less than an hour and causing minimal disruption to your showroom operations.

Red carpet set up
Our most popular setup features a red carpet entrance with showroom blackout. It’s the ideal choice for creating a showroom event atmosphere on a budget, allowing multiple dealerships to be decorated for a fraction of the cost of a full setup.
This package includes a red carpet, chrome event posts, red ropes, flame lights and a full showroom blackout (up to 65 meters).
Discounts may be available for multiple dealerships within the same showroom.

Tunnel set up
Our tunnel entranceway makes a significant impact, providing your clients with a VIP feel when they enter your showroom. By using dedicated truss and drape, we can create a tunnel with overhead lighting at your specified entrance. When combined with music and window blackout, this setup truly transforms your showroom, giving your event that wow factor.
This setup includes: a tunnel with overhead lighting, a red carpet, chrome event posts, red ropes, flame lights, a PA system and full showroom blackout (up to 65 meters).

Premium Gold Event
A premium alternative to our traditional chrome posts, red carpet and red ropes. This striking setup replaces them with gold posts, gold ropes and a glittering gold carpet, instantly elevating the look and feel of your showroom.As with our other event packages, you can choose between a standard entranceway or a tunnel entrance with overhead lighting and the gold carpet really does create a strong visual impact from the moment customers arrive.

Car launch / featured vehicle event
Our car launch setup is ideal for highlighting a specific vehicle in your showroom, whether it’s the launch of a new model or a particular car at your dealership. This setup features a truss with overhead lighting, which is perfect for this purpose.
Included in this package are all the components of our red carpet setup, as well as a PA music system, a reception lectern, and a 5m x 3m truss with overhead lighting.

Pricing & extra's for multi-brand dealerships
For multi-brand dealerships with multiple entrances, we offer an additional setup option for each entrance you want to use for your event.
The pricing for each additional entranceway is as follows: £195 for a red carpet setup, which includes a red carpet, ropes, posts, and flame lights, or £495 for a full tunnel entranceway.
If availability allows, events can be extended. Extending a red carpet setup is £50 per additional day, while a tunnel setup extension costs £100 per additional day. To maximize the chances of extension, it is advisable to provide as much notice as possible.
*All prices listed are based on a standard 4-day event (typically Thursday to Sunday).
